Results showed no significant variation on the days to 50% emergence and number of bolls per plant among the cotton cultivars studied. The ten cotton cultivars tested differed significantly as to days to 50% squaring, days to 50% flowering, days to 50% flossing, stand count, plant height, boll weight per plant and seedcotton yield per hectare. Ratooned cotton cultivars did not differ significantly in their days to emergence, days to squaring, days to flowering, days to flossing and plant height. However, boll weight per plant, number of bolls per plant and seedcotton yield per hectare were significantly higher for C-360 and Deltapine-16 than the other cotton cultivars
