The content of basal milk components: dry mass, fat, total protein and casein depends on the season of feeding. In summer the content of dry mass was by 0.06-0.47% lower than that in winter. The same data for fat, protein and casein were 0.04-0.05%, 0.06-0.44% and 0.03-0.38%, respectively. The contents of whey proteins and mineral elements were not related to the season of feeding
