In the metabolic experiments the nutritive value of feed mixtures for broiler chickens 5 weeks old, containing 3, 6 and 9% of activated sludge meal from the slaughter house sewage (A meal) or 5, 10 and 15% of the utilizing waste meal (B) have been evaluated. The more favourable chemical composition, higher digestibility coefficients and N retention were obtained by feeding A meal
