Season of growth (rabi, kharif, summer) had significant effect on the crude protein content, neutral detergent fibre content, acid detergent fibre content; percentage of hemicellulose and cellulose, lignin content, silica content, level of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium in the fodder, in vitro dry matter digestibility values and oxalic acid value in the napier grass
