This study determined the marketing, technical and financial feasibility of establishing a mini coconut oil mill. It was intended to provide potential investors with sufficient economic and technical information with a minimum technical assistance. The marketing portion of the study evaluated the characteristics of the coconut cooking oil market in Albay with emphasis on the feasibility of setting up a mini coconut oil mill in the area. Specifically, the study covered the demand and supply distribution, and pricing scheme for coconut cooking oil as well as proposed a marketing program
