Factors productivity in dairy cows raising of dairy cooperatives members in Thailand

The result of production function study showed that size farm and small size farm was dependent on the number of man-days, value of expenditure, number of land and the experience used to take care of dairy cows. Testing the level of statistic significant in big size farm proved that number of day of labour, number of land and the experience used to take care of dairy cows were highly significant, while there were 2 factors highly significant in small size farm: number of day of labour and value of expenditure to take care of dairy cows. These factors affected the value of fresh milk, infant cow and cow dung from dairy cows. Elasticity of number of day of labour used to take care of dairy cows was highest in both farms. A consideration in economics efficiency found that all factors in big size farm are used more effectively than small size farm except the experience to take care of dairy cows, while marginal productivity of factors used in small size farm is greater than in big size farm
