[The possibility of applying the embryo culture and the tissue culture in multiplication of seedlings in early sorts of plum (Prunus domestica L.)]

This paper deals with the investigation of the possibility of applying the tissue culture in order to micromultiplicate tops of the seedlings in early sorts of the domestic plum (Prunus domestica L.) previously obtained by the method of embryo culture. The top explantation which is multiplied by the method of tissue culture is taken from one of the germinated seedlings. The most optimal relation of plant hormones for phases multiplication and rooting has been determined.
