Experiments were carried out in the random block scheme, working into the soil 25 l, 12.5 l and 6 l marc of grapes + 6 l poultry-litter. Compost in dose 12,5 l has influenced favorably the germination of radish seeds, compared with the control plants we got 14 better results. Compost did not increase the pH value of soil. The salt concentration of soil varied between 0,002-0,004, the NO3 and NH3-N providing capacity of the soil has developed favourably. The P2O5, K2O, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn content of the root compared with the control plants has decreased, on the other hand the K and Cu content in the foliage and roots has increased. The ratio of nutrient content in forced red radish in the leaves and roots is as follows: M = 1:0,75 - 0,89; P = 1:1,08 - 1,28; K = 1:1,06 -1,44; Ca = 1:0,18 - 0,24; Mg = 1:0,75 - 0,96; Fe = 1:0,63 -0,85; Mn = 1:0,27 - 0,33; Zn = 1:0,89 - 1,07; Cu = 1:1 -1,22.
