An experiment on 24 cows, getting 72 or 160 g of Ca in ration, had been carried out. Higher Ca intake resulted in a slight increase of Ca and casein content in milk and in the improvement of renneting time. The correlations between dietary Ca and Ca, P and Mg blood level as well as milk content were insignificant. There was no relation between dietary Ca level and milk yield in cows
