Of the root crops consumed, dasheen and eddoes were the largest group (41,669,174 lbs.). Local production accounted for 5.23 % and of that imported intra-regionally, 99.92 % came from St. Vincent. With respect to tannia (14,618,075 lbs.), sweet potato (11 million lbs.), yams (7,751,474 lbs.), cassava (2 million lbs.) and other root crops (125,895 lbs.), intra-regional imports mainly from St. Vincent, accounted for 99.74 %, 99.19 %, 87.92 %, 1.03 % and 100 %, respectively
