The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of low, medium and high nutrient manure on plant growth and nutrient uptake. Samples were collected from both the Communal areas and commercial feedlots. Nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium concentrations in plants from the low nutrient manures decreased significantly between the second and fourth crops. This was also true for N and K in plants from the high nutrient manures; however this group effectively maintained a high P concentration in plants between the second and fourth crops. Plants from the high nutrient manures showed better balance between N, P, and K concentrations than those from the low and medium nutrient manures
