Effect of cloud-seeding on water stress of maize

An experiment on cloud-seeding in Zimbabwe was carried out and the results indicated that silver iodide treatment enhances rainfall if cloud-tops are colder than -10 deg C. The experiment proved that cloud seeding is of negligible benefit to maize because of the adequate rainfall in Zimbabwe
