This study is made on the salinated soil with high mechanical composition, with 0.3-0.5% of general salts, poor in humus, and nitrogen, mean in phosphor, rich in potassium, with alkalin reaction characterized by bad physical-water qualities. The effect of organo-mineral fertilizer on the microflora of the salinated soil is studied on the sorghum variety. It is used 500 q/ha of organic manure and P60, and a fertilization of 40-120 kg/ha of nitrogen. It results that these soils are very little populated by micro-organisms. For the improvement of the physical-chemical quality of salinated soil it is necessary to use high doses of organic manure, more than 500 q/ha, properly mixed with mineral fertilizer
