This experiment was conducted to study the effect of plant growth regulator, prune-s, CM and ethephon on the related elements of seed yield and flowering habituation in peanut. Prune-s was tested with dilution of 300 at 15, 25 days, 30, 40 days and 45, 55 days after flowering, and CM with dilution of 1000, 1500 and 2000 at 30 days after flowering, also ethephon with dilution of 1000 at 20, 35, 50 days after flowering. Initial treatment by prune-s inhibited the number of effective flowers, but post grown treatment by prune-s and medium grown treatment inhibited the number of unavailable flowers. Growth aspects was not different at all the treatments of prune-s, CM and ethephon, but leaf area of CLS and chlorophyll content were significantly different at all the treatments of 300 dilution by prune-s and at 30 days after flowering of 1500 dilution by CM. Increase of effective flowers resulted from the effective influence of related elements with seed yield, and well developed seeds such as ratio of pod and seed, weight of 100 seeds etc. This resulted to increase of seed yield at 45, 55 day treatment after flowering of 300 dilution by prune-s, and at 30 day treatment after flowering of 1500 dilution by CM in peanut
