The field experiment was carried out to study the influences of gypsum and micro-elements fertilization on the effectiveness of Rhizobium sp. inoculation to peanut (Arachis hipogaea L. cv. "Saedltang-kong"). The chlorophyll content, N2-fixation activity, nodule number and nodule weight of peanut plant inoculated with Rhizobium sp. were found to be better than non-inoculation treatment, especially the gypsum and boron treatment with Rhizobium sp. inoculation were more effective than that of control. The grain yield of peanut in the plot of Rhizobium sp. with gypsum and boron increased about 30-35 % compared to control. The relationship among N2-fixation activity, chlorophyll content, the amount of nitrogen uptake and grain yield showed highly significant positive correlation
