This work inculdes results of a study on bio-economic properties of four red currant cultivars, grown in conditions found in two different localities in south-western Serbia (Yugoslavia). The following properties were studied: blooming, fruit ripening, bush vigour, berry and bunch mass, number of berries per bunch, cumulative yield and chemical properties of the fruit.
