[The influence of the nitrate fertilizer and of the mowing phase on the Trifolium respens production]

The application of 33 to 132 kg of active nitrate substance on Trifolium repens in soils with a medium and high content of this element is of little economic profit. The mowing of Trifolium repens in the budding phase yields 25% to 4.5 times more green mass than when applied in other phases. This kind of clover does not renew after the mowing and resists low temperatures up to -10 deg C
