Determination of basic characteristics of inherent reliability of Zetor UR tractors and of their main assemblies

Inherent reliability is one of the most important characteristics of tractor reliability and quality. In order to achieve better values of this characteristic and of the tractor as a whole, first of all probability of survival of individual assemblies must be determined. Analyzing available results, suitable measures should be taken that will improve this characteristic in the most problematic assemblies; this will in turn improve the probability of survival of the whole tractor. In the present paper methodics is described of determining the probability of survival of individual tractor assemblies. This method can be used for determination of the given characteristic of no matter how sophisticated machines and equipments.
