The object of the study was chronic toxicity of high doses of Mix-10 preparation in food (4,333 mg/kg, 8,000 mg/kg and 40,000 mg/kg) on mice through three generations. It has been discovered that the chemotherapeutic preparation Mix-10 has no suppression effect on reproduction of mice except at the beginning, when the number of pregnant females in the experimental group was a little lower than in the control group, which was undoubtedly due to the nonspecific stress effect of high doses of the preparation in food.
