The investigation was carried out into the effect of total or clear deforestation upon structure and dynamics of phytocoenosis in ecosystems of durmast oak mountainous forests (Quercetum montanum), oak-pine forest ecosystem (Querco-Pinetum) and ecosystem of spruce-fir forests (Abieti-Picetum). The following was established: total and clear deforestation caused, in a very short time, significant changes in the action of some abiotic factors, especially microclimate of the investigated ecosystems. Evaporation intensity was significantly higher in the experimental stands and it was in a positive correlation with the temperature increase. Relative air humidity was in a positive correlation with the degree of plot density and in a negative correlation with the temperature increase and intensity of evaporation. Microclimate variations significantly influenced the structure and dynamics of phytocoenosis, especially the ecologic variation amplitude of some organisms. Total deforestation primarily influenced the physiognomy and density level of experimental stand, resulting in a rapid regeneration of some shrub species and low trees.
