The influence of some important factors on labour productivity in oil crop tillage

The paper deals with the increasing share of industrial crops in the sowing structure on public and individual farms. Labour productivity has increased on the former twice as rapidly as on the latter over the past 30 years. It is significantly influenced by width of the plough's grip, speed of the aggregate's moving and plot length while the influence of other factors has not been studied well enough. The paper also shows the impact of the workers' skills upon the results achieved.
