The obtained results show that changes, which would indicate a spermatogenesis disorder, did not occur in the testis of cocks 6 weeks after a vasectomy. An epithelium and vacuole increase was noticed after six weeks in the apical tips of the epithelial cells. The vasectomy left behind permanent changes and consequences in the testis. Eight months after the vasectomy some parts of the testis maintained spermatogenous activity, but significant damage of germinative epithelium occurred in some vessels of the testis. An immunoreaction is also possible.
