The results of three-year investigations of fungicide efficiency in control of leaf spots in sugar beet

During three-year investigation of fungicide efficiency it was concluded that leaf spots in sugar beet can be successfully controled by combination of protective and systematic fungicides, as well as by individually applied systematic fungicides (Impact - Punch). The most efficient was impact in dose of 1 liter/ha and the lowest protection was achieved with combination of Brestan and Benomil (0.6 + 0.3). To prevent the apperance of resistent forms of fungi, the combination with protective fungicides is recommended.
