[Evaluation of quality with various sized, dried plum varieties, "Stanley", "Cacanska rodna", "Pozegaca"]

The quality of three varieties of dried plums, calibrated in four classes was investigated by chemical and sensory analysis. On the basis of obtained results, (largest fruits of Pozegaca were evaluated to be of the quality, then the second class of the same variety with lower degree of likeness. In general, among the investigated varieties, Pozegaca was evaluated as the best one, then Stanley and finally Cacanska rodna. The larger calibrations were estimated as better for each variety. The rank of varieties is in logical relation to the results of chemical analysis.
