Growth performances, sex expression and yield of four cultivars of Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl [of Bangladesh]

Among the four cultivars of Lagenaria siceraria used in this experiment LC(4) has the highest length of main vine, total length of vine, number of female flowers and yield per plant. The male to female sex ratio was found lowest in LC(4) where the highest percentage of female flowers were found to develop into fruits.
