The toxicity of some pesticides used for protection of greenhouse crops in Poland to eggs, larvae and pupae of Encarsia formosa inside the larval stages of whitefly was investigated. Persistence of the pesticide residues was tested by spraying of tomato plants grown in laboratory conditions and exposing 1-2 day old adult parasites to the treated leaves 5, 10 and 15 days after application
