Possibilities of cultivation the cauliflower in mountain areas

The cultivation of cauliflower in Polish mountain areas is unknown so far. The paper gave an attention on the profitable conditions for development of this vegetable in mountain areas. Especially climatic conditions: lower temperatures in summer and high precipitations are favouring the success of cultivating. Also the economical premises are influenced on the interesting in production cauliflowers.
