Comparison of the response of soya bean (Glycine hispida) on copper sulphate in two different soils

In the pot experiment there was compared the influence of different doses of CuSO4. 5 H2O mixed with the high loamy sand with the light clay, for the growth, yield and absorption of the copper by the soya plants. The results obtained indicates for the different response of the test plant for the high doses of copper in the dependence of used soil. The considerably smaller concentrations of that metal on the light loamy sand put back the growth and yield of the plants in the comparison with light clay. It has lowered the pH of the soils and diminished the speed of cellulose desintegration, by the influence of increasing doses of CuSO4. However the available copper content increased, but in the many times lower degree in the light clay then in the light loamy sand
