The effect of the dosis of Cycocel (0, 1, 2 and 2 1 ha-1) and the time of application (stage 25, 31 and 33, Zadoks) were studied with electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gels of the total soluble protein, glutenin and gliadin of a spring wheat cv. Millaleu. Little difference was found in the content of total soluble protein and glutenin among the different treatments. Even the electrophoregrams were slightly different. The concentration and the electrophoregram of gliadins were influenced by the applications of CCC
