Experiments of 25 mice demonstrated that protease from Aspergillus oryzae induced an evident inflamation reaction. 0,005; 0,05; 0,1 and 1,0 mg enzyme doses respectively were used for 5 groups of mice. Moreover, the homogenity of protease from Aspergillus oryzae was studied. The study was conducted by two classical methods, by chromatography on Munktel cellulose column and electrophoresis on the same column. Separation was carried out by a Swedish apparatus Uniphor 7900. The reliable separation of samples of enzyme to fractions by chromatography on the column of length 350 mm was impossible. The utilization of electrophoretic separation procedure was more successful. Examined samples of enzymes were separated by this technique to at least three fractions.
