Document is a consultancy report on the study set up to concentrate on the source aspects of milk marketing and processing at the farm or rural level. The "bottom-up" approach was used at identifying, from the producers' standpoint the limitations to milk marketing, either in bulk or retail and to determine the actions required to encourage milking of animals otherwise kept for beef purposes.
