Two digestion-balance experiments on pigs fed Persian clover either in form of green fodder, hay or silage were carried out. The low dry matter content as well as high protein content in the Persian clover cut before flowering was stated. No effect of Persian clover in diet on the digestibility of nutrients, nitrogen retention, weight gain and feed conversion efficiency in fattening pigs as well as on yield and carcass quality was stated
