Physical properties and chemical composition of milk with increased somatic cell counts

Bulk milk collection from family farm was examined. The negative correlation coefficient between somatic cell count and milk density and refraction coefficient was stated. No differences in the protein and fat content in cow milk depending on somatic cell count were observed
