Field evaluation of various herbicides against common weeds of asparagus

An experiment was conducted to identify herbicides that can be used in controlling common weeds of Dolefil's asparagus farms. Of all the herbicides evaluated, glyphosate provided excellent weed control comparable to hand weeding at dosages of 0.72 and 1.44 kg a.i./ha. Weed control lasted up to 6 weeks after treatment application
