[Evaluation of usefulness of the simplified plate method for determination of whole number of bacteria in milk]

Results of determination of the total number of bacteria in milk samples by the simplified plate method have showed high correlation coefficients (r 0.94) with the results obtained by standard plate method (SPM). Classification of milk based on the results of simplified plate method was highly in agreement with classification based on the SPM results
