The studied keratin-bark-urea granulate is a processed waste organic fertilizer which can serve as a source of N and organic carbon for agrosystems. Data from initial preparation and those hydrolysed with HCl as well as their elemental composition and content of functional groups indicate that the keratin-bark-urea granulate may be regarded as polymers strongly enriched in nitrogen and aliphatic structures, with a low content of CO2H groups and phenol OH groups
