[Participation of the farmer into retail price of dairy products and price of milk]

The investigations have showed decreasing farmer's participation into retail price of milk and milk products. It has been caused by the changes in dairy processing after conversion to a market economy and by the changes in dairy products distribution. Nevertheless this participation is significantly higher in Poland than in countries with the developed trade and food processing
