Milk cows of Black Spotted Lowland breed produced 4316.80 kg of milk with the content of 3.63 percent of milk fat and 3.08 percent of protein in the 1st lactation. From the compared genotype groups of crossbreds of Slovak Spotted with Black Spotted breed (F101, F11, F111 generation) the crossbreds of F101 generation produced the least amount of milk (3375.12 kg), while 100 g of milk contained 3.83 g of fat and 3.22 g of milk protein. With the increased heredity share of Black Spotted breed milk production in crossbreds increased (3854.68 kg and 4155,93 kg), while the fat content decreased (from 3.81 to 3.64 g.100 g-1) and the protein dropped too (3.16 and 3.11 g.100 g-1). The similar tendency was in crossbreds as to the content of dry matter. The content of mineral elements in milk of the observed genotype groups fluctuated.
