It is rational to treat 3-6Kr 60 Co-r in the treatment of ear callus, and 3Kr 60 Co-r to differentiate plantlets from it after treating it to young ear transplantation material. It is rational to treat ultraviolet rays for 30 minutes in the treatment of callus, and for 45 minutes to differentiate directly plantlets from it after its treatement with ultra violet rays (the mercury quartz lamp 250w) to young ear transplantation material
