The author presented the adjustment processes on the privatized big farms. These farms faced with numerous problems of organizational and economic nature. All big farms suffer from a shortage of funds whereas credit. Many farms have serious problems with the service of their debts already at the beginning of their activities. The question will be growing ever more acute in the future, but the new owners have no possibility of making a retreat from the chosen road
