During three-year experiments with slow release N fertilizers was found that cabbage supplied with it contained similar or even higher nitrate content than cabbage fertilized with ammonium nitrate or urea in recommended rates, except slow release fertilizer with coefficient of dissolving 1.3 percent which caused decrease nitrate content
