The optimum temperatures for production of subtilisin, metalloproteinase and alpha-amylase or lipase were 30 degrees C, 27 degrees C and 33 degrees C respectively. The optimum temperature for growth of bacteria was estimated to be 33 degrees C. The optimum pH value for production of subtilisin and lipase was 8.5 for metalloproteinase it was around 6.0. The highest production of alpha-amylase and growth of bacterium was observed at pH value around 7.0. The mechanism of proteinases biosynthesis by pH value regulation was studied. The maintenance of pH value of the medium on the same level did not cause an increase in proteinases production
