Soil humus substances fractioning by electrophoresis in the polyamidic gel in the presence of denaturating agents

A new method for humus substances fractioning by electrophoresis in 10% polyacrylamidic gel in the three-borate system with denaturating agents present has been suggested. Six soils different in their genesis have been characterized by normally reproduced qualitatively similar electrophoregrammes with humus substances subdivided into five discrete zones. The scanning of electrophoregrammes showed that soils of different genesis have different ratios of the fractions obtained
