In spite of the fish-farming activity associated with atempts of fish acclimatization from one watercourse to the others, separatedness of chum salmon populations from the rivers of the northern Okhotsk seacoast remains to be isolated. This fact warns to make decisions about chum salmon caviar transporation from other rivers more carefully. The fish-farming activity of this area should be oriented towards use of resources of the native rivers (the river where the hatchery is located); quantity of the caviar put for incubation must vary in accordance with a capacity of the spawning runs
