Result of study is the total cost of baby corn planting is 1,385.25 baht per rai. The variable cost is 1,157.36 baht per rai. (83.55 %) and the fixed cost is 277.89 baht per rai (16.45 %). The important variable cost is the wage in preparing land and harvesting especially the wage in harvesting and if the cost is divided into cash and credit, they cost the same. And the cost is 1.60 baht per kilogram. For the return of baby corn planting in Kamphaengphet, the average products that baby corn planters get is 864.72 kg. They can sell it 2.09 baht per kilogram. The percentage of losses especially Pioneer cross-breed 3266 is 5 percent, it remains the total income is 1,725.50 bath per rai. It is accounted that the income above variable cost is 568.22 bath per rai. The income above cash income is 1,058.47 bath per rai. The success of baby corn planting, the total profits are 340.33 baht per rai. The rate of return and cost is 26.12 percent a year.
