Changes of dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic pigment content in young plants of soybean lines under iron deficiency

The results of the experiments with young plants of three soybean lines show that iron deficiency could lead to a significant decrease in dry matter accumulation (40.63-70.07) and in photosynthetic pigments content in chloroplast (65.62-77.94 for chlorophylls and 55.74-66.29 for carotenoid), and the sensitivity of root system to iron deficiency is more evident than that of shoot
