When the amylase is settled to 0.31/g of starch, the potato starch is analyzed well. The feed scale of maltose (7:3) is similar to chemical composition of honey of acacia, and is comform to demanding condition as a bee feed. The maltose (7:3) gives good effect to life span of bee and rate of digestion, and increases the rate of bee swarm wintering. The maltose is supplementary and additional feed which gives good effective to spring reproduction of bee swarm, and to bee weight of 6 days age and 1 day age, and to fresh weight and dry weight of bee
