Chernomorets "Metabolizm vinogradnogo rasteniya v period pokoya" privodyatsya dannye po obmenu v pobegakh vinograda veshchestv azotnoi, uglevodnoi, fenol'noi prirody v holodnoe vremya goda u razlichnykh po stepeni morozostoikosti sortov. Aktsentiruetsya vnimanie na sostoyanii lozy v predzimnii period, ot chego v znachitel'noi stepeni zavisit uroveni vynoslivosti sorta. Privoditsya model' fiziologicheskikh parametrov, s pomoshch'yu kotorykh mozhno prognozirovat' kharakter usto'chivosti sorta vo vremya morozov. Vydelyayutsya pokazateli, kotorye naibolee chetko otrazhayut techenie reaktsii sinteza-resinteza, chto ves'ma vazhno pri otsenke ne tol'ko morozosto'kosti rastenii, no i regeratsionnoi sposobnosti posle perezimovki.
