Variability and relationships in selected features in spring triticale

High degree of variability was found for the number of grain per plant and tillering per plant. As a rather stable features the following were cosidered: plant heigh, spike length and number of spikelets per spike. Grain yield per plant was positively correlated to the number of grains per plant and per spike, plant height and tillering. No correlations between grain yield and 1000 grains weight and spikelet number per spike was found
