Combinative ability in variety samples of blue lupine in the system of diallel crosses

Comprehensive estimation of the effects of general combinative ability in investigated variety samples of blue lupine by analysed production characters allowed to choose for breeding the varieties Nemchinovsky 846 and La V. The analysis of variances of general combinative ability has shown that additive gene effects are found in Nemchinovsky 846 variety in such characters as the number of beans and seed weight on the plant, in Severny 3 variety - the number of seeds, seed weight on the plant and weight of 1000 seeds, in La V - the number of beans, seeds and seed weight on the plant, weight of 1000 seeds. In Orlovsky M2 variety dominant effects were exhibited (in 9 of 18 cases), while by the character of seed weight on the plant only exhibition of dominant gene effects has been found
